Welcome back to your blog. My AC is shot -- it literally froze from thermal overload AND it leaked on the carpet again. I have 4 estimate appts by Monday, so hopefully will change units soon.
1. Good. The Rolling Rock plant in Latrobe closed because it couldn't control costs.
2. And yet none were drunk enough to yell, "She loves my penis."
3. Great use of his Michigan degree.
4. Better idea: International Matador Challenge, with the presidents of Iran, North Korea, China, etc., going first -- before the bulls tire.
5. Obviously stolen by the French.
6. Did he also have pictures of dog fights?
7. $13B per Senator ... It would be cheaper -- and more effective -- to pay them all to stay out of DC.
8. Blowfish, or "monkfish" imported from China? Seriously.
I can always count on you to boil the news down to its most essential...god forbid I should ever land in the news one of these days!
Topical chat: Back!!! Caught you lookin' for the same thing!!!
Sincerely, Chuck D
Great stuff about the Brits. Hooligans wif bad chiclets is never not funny.
From what I've heard of American Unions good riddance. British Unions really care about the workers and always put workers needs first. (The fact that I'm a Union rep at Heathrow Airport has no bearing on my opinion. Me biased? Never)
Yep - last I checked, this Lager still tastes mighty fine. However, I wish just once some CEOs would have to sacrifice a little to help the bottom line too.
3% raises for the employees and if profits are up 1% it probably equates to a 20% raise for the CEO.
The greatest day in history? No, no, my birthday isn't until August.
